The program is Sony's form of apology for the excessive amount of PSN downtime last month. The program allows you to choose two of the following titles, of which you'll get to keep for free: Dead Nation, InFAMOUS, LittleBigPlanet, Super Stardust HD, or WipEout HD Bundle.

In addition, you will be able to download two PSP games from the following list: Killzone: Liberation, ModNation Racers, LittleBigPlanet, or Pursuit Force. You will also now be able to sign up for your 30 days of free PlayStation Plus and you will have the opportunity to receive 100 free virtual PlayStation Home items.
The PSN Welcome Back packages have gone live, so after you’ve grabbed your free games, American users will want to head into PlayStation Home and check out the 100 new items and 2 free personal spaces (that’s 102 completely free items available right now).
